This campsite is situated within a peaceful parkland setting right next to the river Meuse with local amenities only a ten-minute walk away in A Charleville-Mézières. With walks and cycle paths that run along the campsite, bicycle hire is available on site so you can explore the local area. You can also hire kayaks and pedalos if you want to explore the area via the river.

You will find an onsite café where you can eat or have a takeaway. BBQs are allowed on site, too, so campers can enjoy dining outdoors. You will also find a playground on site and a great open space for kids to kick a ball about and play games. Opposite the campsite, you will also find a petanque court. There is also A swimming pool with water slides and a spa a few minutes walk away with special rates available for guests staying at the campsite.

Horse riding is a couple of kilometres away, and guests seeking more trails to explore can get to the Ardennes Regional Natural Park with a drive of 15 minutes or so.

Directions to Camping Municipal du Mont Olympe

Site north of Charleville on island of Montcy-St Pierre. From north D988/D1 follow river, over bridge, then immediately left. From southeast (A203/N51/N43) take exit for Centre, head for Gare then follow Avenue Forest north and sharp left after bridge.
