This is a lively site near Punta Sabbioni from where boats depart for Venice. Mediterraneo is directly on the Adriatic Sea with a 480 metre long beach of fine sand which shelves gently and also two large pools and a whirlpool. Of the 766 pitches, 496 are for touring, all with electricity (4-9A); 300 also have water and drainage. They are zoned with artificial shade, others are in unmarked zones under natural woodland, reserved for tents, and equipped with electric hook-ups. Tour operators use 145 pitches. This is a well organised and efficient site.

There are two restaurants, one self service, and both the beaches and the pleasant pools have lifeguards. Sporting, fitness and entertainment programmes are arranged including windsurfing and sailing schools.

Eight modern sanitary blocks are of high quality with British type WCs and free hot water. Laundry facilities. Motorhome services. Commercial centre with supermarket and other shops with a restaurant, bars and a pizzeria near the pools. Gelateria. Swimming pool (heated low season). Playground. Tennis. Bicycle hire. Programme of sports, games, excursions etc. Dancing or shows 3 times weekly in main season. Windsurfing and sailing schools. Dogs are not accepted. WiFi (charged).

Directions to Camping Mediterraneo

Site is well signed from Jesolo-Punta Sabbioni road near its end after Ca’Ballarin and before Ca’Savio. Follow site signs, not those for Treporti as this village is some way from the site.
