Camping Mare e Pineta is a vast site located within a pinewood at the heart of the Adriatic Riviera. The site enjoys direct access to a gently shelving sandy beach. There are 1,300 shady pitches (110 for touring), all with 6A electricity. A large number of permanent pitches are distributed throughout the site. This is a lively site in high season with a large and varied entertainment programme, including yoga, fitness classes, dance courses and live shows. There are also activities on the beach, such as volleyball, beach tennis, beach soccer, basketball and bowls. The campsite's private beach has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent, so you can find the perfect spot to soak up the summer sun. There is also a water park for younger children with fountains and a giant bucket waterfall. The adults won't miss out either, as there is a large semi-Olympic outdoor swimming pool and a separate pool next to the waterpark with hydro massage stations.

The campsite has various dining options, including a restaurant, pizzeria, and two beach bars. The restaurant is open all day, offering breakfast and a rich à la carte menu. The beach bars are a great place to relax and enjoy a drink after spending the day on the beach.

The site has a very Italian atmosphere, which may suit some Alan Rogers campers, and there are extra charges for some of the services.The site entrance is at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, so can become very congested, particularly later in the afternoon.

From the A13 autostrada (Padova-Bologna) take Ferrara South exit and join the SS309 express road signed Romea and Ravenna. Continue on this road until it meets the S309 and head south on this road. Lido degli Estensi and site is signed to the left.
