L’Eté Indien is located near the resort of Wimereux, a little to the north of Boulogne. It offers a quiet and tranquil environment in which to enjoy your holiday – despite some occasional (every 30 mins) train noise during the day. It comprises of two adjoining sites: the smaller offers 17 hardstandings separated by grass strips, all with electricity, and a grass area for tents. The larger site offers 170 pitches, of which 44 for tourers of varying size, are well marked and on a terraced incline furthest from the site entrance and pool complex. 41 have 10/16A electric. There is also a small village of eight 'Cabadians' - Indian teepee style wooden huts with heating to rent, as well as 36 conventional mobile homes and chalets.

Other amenities include a fishing pond and a snack bar, Le Jardin de I’Eté Indien. The site lies at the heart of the Côte d’Opale, which boasts over 130 km. of coastline. Wimereux is an old-fashioned resort with plenty of shops and restaurants, and is renowned as a centre for kite surfing and speed sailing. This is an ideal stopover for Calais, Dunkerque or Boulogne.

Directions to Camping l’Eté Indien

From the A16 take exit 32 (Wimereux) and follow signs to Wimereux (D96 and D940). After 1.5 km. turn right at the roundabout. Almost immediately, there are WW2 gun emplacements on your right, take the next turning right. Site is well signed from here and is located on the left. There are two entrances: motorhomes, caravans and tents need the second entrance where you will find the reception. Approach is rather narrow, with speed ramps and is poorly surfaced.
