Camping du Lac de l’Uby is a large, mature site set alongside a lake and close to the thermal spa town of Barbotan-les-Thermes in the Gers Gascogne region. The site is well shaded by mature trees in most areas and has 280 pitches with 240 available for tourers, the remainder taken up with mobile homes and chalets to rent. The mixture of large and average sized pitches are on level grass and gravel, all having 5/10A electricity (French sockets). Children are well catered for with a good play area and organised activities in July and August, including a circus school two days each week.

Evening entertainment is organised in high season. The municipal leisure centre (June-Sept.) with a large outdoor pool, a lakeside beach and a large play area, is only 500 m. from the site (campers are given free entry). The local tennis club is also just outside the site and four all weather courts are available for hire.

Five well distributed sanitary blocks include accessible facilities and a separate baby bathroom. Separate laundry room. Motorhome services. Shop, restaurant and bar, (1/6-30/9). Swimming and paddling pools. Play area and covered entertainment area. Miniclub (4-10 yrs, July/Aug). Fishing. Bicycle hire.

Directions to Camping les Rives du Lac

From Condom take D931 to Eauze then head west on N524 to Cazaubon. From Cazaubon continue on the N524 towards Barbotan-les-Thermes, site is signed on right after 2 km.
