Les Genêts is an excellent choice for a seaside holiday. The site can be found 800 m. from a fine sandy beach to the south of the popular resort of Saint Jean-de-Monts, and is surrounded by pine forest and dunes. It is one of four sites owned by the Sunmarina group. Pitches are large, well shaded and are all divided by bushes and shrubs. A range of fully equipped mobile homes and chalets are available to rent. There is an excellent aquapark with multi-track water slides. This is a lively site in high season (July/August) with plenty of activities for all ages.

The nearest beach is at les Marines and there are several shops and restaurants adjacent. Saint Jean, to the north, is an important resort with all facilities, including miles of excellent cycle tracks. The town’s entire seafront has benefited immeasurably from a five year restoration programme and it is a delightful place for an evening stroll.
