Alan Rogers Review of Camping le Parc des Monges
This small and delightful, family run site is set amongst small trees and oleander hedges that give welcome shade. There are 40 level and grassy touring pitches each with electricity (4/6/10A). Some are on the banks of the Siagne river which provides excellent fishing. A small number of chalets and mobile homes are available for rent. In high season, activities are organised for children and adults, both on site and in the surrounding hills. The swimming pool and pleasant snack bar make a welcome relaxation point after a day exploring nearby Cannes. A regular bus service stops just outside the campsite.
Camping Parc des Monges is located just 15 minutes from Cannes and within easy reach of the secluded beaches of Théoule-sur-Mer. This is a superb location for all forms of beach holiday. The Alpes Maritime, a little further inland offer a complete change of scenery and pace of life with winding roads and varied flora. The city of Grasse, famous for its perfume production, is well worth a visit. Half way along the Mediterranean coast to Saint Tropez is the historic town of Fréjus with remains of a Roman aquaduct and large busy port area.

Modern sanitary block with hot showers, some washbasins in cabins and accessible sanitary facilities, children and babies. Laundry. Snack bar (13/6-15/9). Bread to order. Heated outdoor pool with slide, Aquagym. Play area. Evening entertainment and family activities (July/Aug). Accommodation for rent. WiFi (charged). Charcoal barbecues not permitted. Communal barbecue.
Directions to Camping le Parc des Monges
Site is 13 km. northwest of Cannes. Take the D9 northwest of Cannes for 11 km. then at the roundabout take exit for Aubibeau-sur-Saigne (D509). Continue for 1.5 km. to site on the left.
