Very efficiently run by a friendly family, Camping Internacional La Marina has 450 touring pitches of three different types and sizes ranging from 50 sq.m. to 150 sq.m. with electricity (10/16A), TV, water and drainage. Artificial shade is provided, and the pitches are well maintained on level, well-drained ground with a special area allocated for tents in a small orchard.

A walk through the pines and dunes takes you to the long sandy beach. Back on site, the vast lagoon swimming pool complex is fabulous and has something for everyone (with lifeguards). William Le Metayer, the owner, is passionate about La Marina and is constantly innovating. A magnificent, modern building which uses the latest architectural technology houses many superb extra amenities. A member of Leading Campings group.

Facilities include a relaxed business centre with Internet access, a tapas bar decorated with amazing ceramics (handmade by the owner’s mother) and a quality restaurant with a water fountain feature and great views of the lagoon. There is also a conference centre and an extensive computerised library. The whole of the lower ground floor is dedicated to children with a Marina Park play area and a ‘cyber zone’ for teenagers. With a further bar and a new soundproofed disco (Anima2), the building is of an exceptional, eco-friendly standard. A superb fitness centre with attentive personal trainers and a covered, heated pool (14x7 m) are incorporated. A pedestrian gate at the rear of the site gives access to the long sandy beach through the coastal pine forest that is a feature of the area. We recommend this site very highly whatever type of holidaying camper you may be.

Location

Site is 2 km. west of La Marina. Leave N332 Guardamara de Segura-Santa Pola road at 75 km. marker if travelling north, or 78 km. marker if travelling south. Site is well signed.
