Alan Rogers Review of Camping Fuente del Gallo
Fuente del Gallo is well maintained with 184 pitches allocated to touring units. Each pitch has 6A electricity and a number of trees create shade to some pitches. Although the actual pitch areas are generally a good size, the majority are long and narrow. This could, in some cases, prevent the erection of an awning and your neighbour may feel close. In low season it is generally accepted to make additional use of an adjoining pitch. The attractive pool, restaurant and bar complex with its large, shaded terrace, are very welcoming in the height of summer. Good beaches are relatively near at 300 m.
Access is gained by steps between some new houses with palm-lined roads. Helpful, friendly staff will assist in booking discounted trips to nearby attractions or even further afield to Africa. Cadiz, probably the oldest town in Spain, is worth a visit and in particular the old part with its narrow streets (many pedestrianised) and numerous shops.

Two modernised and very clean sanitary blocks include excellent services for babies and accessible facilities and hot water at all facilities. Laundry room with two washing machines. Motorhome services. Gas supplies. Well stocked shop. Attractive bar and restaurant (breakfast served). Swimming pool (1/6-30/9 with lifeguard) with paddling pool. Play area. TV and games machines in bar area. Safety deposit boxes. Excursions. Torches useful. Picnic area with playground and games. WiFi throughout (charged).

From the Cádiz-Algeciras road (N340) at km. 23.00, follow signs to Conil de la Frontera town centre, then shortly right to Fuente del Gallo and playas, following signs.
