Alan Rogers Review of Camping de la Baie
This busy site is only a short walk from the main street of the popular holiday resort of Cavalaire with it’s harbour, restaurants and shops. A long, sandy beach runs right round the bay and there are plenty of watersports activities nearby. The site is only 400 metres from the beach, very well positioned for a family holiday. The individual touring pitches are on slightly sloping, sandy ground with terracing and good access roads, and all have electricity hook-ups (10A). Trees give plenty of shade. Other pitches are used for mobile homes and chalets. English is spoken.
Facilities at Camping de la Baie
Four main modern toilet blocks include washbasins in cabins, and four smaller units have open washbasins behind. Toilets are mainly British style. Launderette. Small shop. Restaurant. Bar. Takeaway. Entertainment with dance evenings. Kidney-shaped pool with sunbathing terrace and water slides, small paddling pool and jacuzzi. Playground. TV room. Exchange facilities. WiFi throughout.
Directions to Camping de la Baie
Take D559 to Cavalaire-sur-Mer (not Cavalière, some 4 km. away). Site is signed by yellow signs from the main street, some 400 m. north of the harbour.
