Alan Rogers Review of Camping de Haer
Camping de Haer is an attractive, family owned site in the municipality of Dinkelland, in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is close to the picturesque town of Ootmarsum with its numerous art galleries, quaint streets and restaurants. The site has been in the Brun family for many years and is now run by brothers Bryan and Niels, who are slowly modernising the facilities. There are 120 level grass touring pitches (120-130 sq.m), some shaded, all with electricity (6A), water and drainage. There are three hardstandings for motorhomes. It is an ideal location for couples looking for a peaceful site and for families with young children who will enjoy the excellent play equipment. A sepkey (€ 15) is required for facilities using hot water.
Facilities at Camping de Haer
One large, modern sanitary block is spotlessly clean and has washbasins in cubicles, showers (on payment) and facilities for families and accessible facilities. Launderette. Bar, restaurant and takeaway (July/Aug). Outdoor swimming pool (1/5-30/9). Play area. Minigolf. Sports field. Free WiFi over site.

The site is on the N736 Ootmarsum-Oldenzaal road, 1.5 km. from Ootsmarsum and is well signed.
