Camping Daino is a cosy and peaceful campsite in the Trentino region in Pietramurata, Italy. It has 80 grass touring pitches, all of varying sizes, and are not delineated; some pitches have shade from surrounding trees, ideal for relaxing in the summer heat. On-sitefacilities include a large swimming pool perfect for cooling off after a day exploring or just relaxing and taking in the surroundings. There is a restaurant on-site, too , serving delicious Italian food and refreshing drinks. You can enjoy a meal on the terrace overlooking the pool or take away to eat back at your pitch. For those who want to cook whilst staying here, there is a small shop that sells essential groceries and camping supplies.
Surrounded by magnificent mountains and located in the Sarca Valley, this campsite is a strategic starting point from which to reach the countless sports activities the area offers, including climbing, trekking, and mountain biking, and there are also cycle paths to lead towards Lake Garda. Windsurfing and sailing opportunities can be had on Lake Cavedine. You can also rent bicycles from the campsite.
In the nearby cellars, including Pisoni and Toblino, you can discover the food and wine of Trentino. You are a 10-minute walk from the Che Guevara Via Ferrata climbing route, which begins at the car park of a quarry over in the local town of Pietramurata. A short drive from Arco and several other spots to clamber at and the lakes of Cavedine, Garda, Ledro and Molveno.
