A spacious rural site, Couderc stretches for 1 km. along the clear shallow River Tarn, with access possible at each end of the site. The beautiful Gorges du Tarn and the high plateaux are well worth exploring. Come in May and June to see the wonderful flowers and butterflies with vultures soaring overhead. There are 130 good sized, level, grassy/stony pitches here, separated by vines and mature trees. With 123 for touring units, most have welcome shade and 10A electricity (long leads may be needed). Rock pegs are advised. Although the local roads are winding and narrow, access on the site is good.

One of the main attractions is the canoe trips that are run from the site. All of the necessary equipment is provided and a mini bus takes visitors to various starting points along the river. The medieval village of Ste-Enimie is just 1.5 km. away and has lots of other activities to offer.

Facilities at Camping Couderc

Four toilet blocks with adequate facilities including those for children. Accessible Facilities. Bar/TV room. Breakfast (all season). Basic shop, bread to order. Heated swimming and paddling pool. Play area. Canoe/kayak hire and trips run from site. Boules. River fishing. Only electric barbecues on pitches. Communal barbecues. WiFi.

Directions to Camping Couderc

Leave A75 at exit 40 for La Canourgue. Take the D998 to Ste Enimie (28 km) following signs for Millau, Gorges du Tarn. Take the D907 to site on left in 1.5 km. Approach from south not recommended for large outfits.
