This is an excellent, well-organised site in Catalan country with direct access to the sandy beach and warm waters of the Med. In addition, the site has an impressive pool complex, attractively laid out with palm trees and sunbathing areas. The large bar complex overlooking the pool area becomes very busy in the high season, with entertainment on some evenings. This vibrant family site offers sun, sea and sand and a lively holiday atmosphere for all ages.

There are around 650 pitches, with 378 good-sized, level pitches for touring, all with electrical connections (6/10A) and some shade. Twenty fully serviced pitches are available. There's no shortage of things to do on-site, but a day trip to Spain is an easy option, and the bustling resort of Argelès-Sur-Mer is close by, as is the historic city of Perpignan.

The site is now part of the Les Pieds dans l’Eau group (having direct access to water, either sea, river or lake). It has its own range of 92 mobile homes and chalets, some of which have been very attractively landscaped. A large Aquapark, reputed to be amongst the best in southern France, is nearby. Used by tour operators (179 pitches).

Directions to Camping Cala Gogo

Using D81 (southward) avoid St Cyprien-Plage and continue towards Argelès. Turn right at roundabout signed St Cyprien Sud and Aquapark and pick up site signs. Site is just past the Aquapark.
