Camping Bijar is small in size, but with great opportunities for a relaxing holiday within an oasis of centuries-old pine forest. The camp is located just 500 meters from the historic town of Osor, also known as the "museum town". Along the site's coast stretches a rocky beach with several gravelly bays and is an ideal combination for those who love swimming, wind surfing and canoeing. The site offers superior, premium, comfort and standard pitches as well as mobile homes & caravans for rent. Sports facilities include volleyball and basketball courts, and young people will enjoy having fun with the site’s entertainment team who organise many activities in high season.

The islands of Cres and Lošinj belong to the Cres and Lošinj Archipelago, an island group in the Kvarner Bay, the largest one in the Croatian Adriatic. Cres, an island which is in joint-first place as Croatia's largest island (together with Krk island) (length: 68 km, width: 13 km), is connected to the island of Lošinj via its Osor port and a moving bridge. The Lošinj Archipelago includes Lošinj (74.68 km2) and smaller islands such as Unije, Ilovike, Susak, Vele Srakane, Male Srakane and 30 other smaller islands, islets and reefs.
