Le Dramont stretches over a shady hillside, sloping gently down to a pebble beach (with direct access), close to the attractive resort of Agay. This site is popular with scuba divers and is an ideal base for exploring the turquoise waters. There is an international diving school on site and other amenities here include a beauty salon (July and August) and a sports field. Le Dramont has 400 pitches, of which approximately 200 are occupied by mobile homes, chalets and fully equipped tents, for hire. The 169 touring pitches are well shaded and generally of a good size, all with 6/10A electricity (although long leads may be necessary). Some are near the main road so there may be some road noise, others are overlooking the beach and shaded by pine trees.
The site becomes lively in high season with a daily entertainment and activity programme, including activities for children. Off-site, Saint Raphaël is one of the region’s premier towns, with a beautiful old town and lively street markets. To the back of the site, the Esterel massif is a dramatic range of red mountains, best explored on foot or mountain bike – watch out for wild boar!
