Camp Lighthouse is situated next to the old lighthouse in Savudrija, close to the Croatian border with Slovenia. It is a small, relaxing site with 32 spacious pitches, all with water and electricity hook-up points available. The campsite is 50 metres from the sea, giving each pitch spectacular views of the surrounding area, and on clear sunny days, you may see Italy on the horizon.

The facilities on site are of a high standard, with a laundry room and dishwashers available. During the winter, the sanitary block is heated, providing guests with complete comfort while staying here. There is also staff support available 24/7 all year round. The site is ideal for exploring medieval hilltop towns and picturesque coastal towns of Northwestern Istria. Savudrija has a rocky coastline with hidden pebble beaches, pleasant sea temperatures and constant winds ideal for windsurfing, scuba diving and adrenaline sports.

One side of the cape has calmer waters. For cyclists, there are signed bike trails to discover hidden gems of Istria. Why not try the local wine and olive oil tastings?

Sojourn tax is not included in the price; it is charged per person a day (children up to the age of 11 do not pay sojourn tax, those from 12 to 17 years pay 50%).

Directions to Camp Lighthouse

Site is 7 km north of Umag. From Umag travel north following signs for Savundrija signs. In the village of Basanija, at the tourist office, turn left onto Istarska Ul, continue on to Svjetionicarska ul. Campsite Lighthouse will be 350 metres on your right.
