Alan Rogers Review
Camp Lighthouse is situated next to the old lighthouse in Savudrija, close to the Croatian border with Slovenia. A small, relaxing site to soak up the spectacular sea vistas and sun. Only 50 metres to the beach. The site has 32 spacious pitches with water and electricity hook-ups, high-standard bathroom facilities and staff support available 24/7 all year round. Sojourn tax is not included in the price; it is charged per person a day (children up to the age of 11 do not pay sojourn tax, from 12 to 17 years pay 50%).
An ideal base to explore medieval hilltop towns and picturesque coastal towns of Northwestern Istria. Savudrija has a rocky coastline with hidden pebble beaches, pleasant sea temperatures and constant winds ideal for windsurfing, scuba diving and adrenaline sports. One side of the cape has calmer waters. For cyclists, there are signed bike trails to discover hidden gems of Istria. Why not try the local wine and olive oil tastings.
