This quiet site, which offers superb views over the sea to the nearby islands, is situated in a delightful strip of coast on the Istrian peninsula near the small village of Premantura. Most of the site is covered with undulating, dense pinewood, providing ample shade with a carpet of pine needles. There are nearly 1,000 pitches, with around half dedicated to touring pitches in three different sizes, mostly slightly sloping and some with sea views. A narrow pebble beach and flat rocks separate the sea from the site, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.

Sections of the sea are netted off from motorsports, making them for safe swimming. There is a boat launch with a marina and many sporting activities. For those who enjoy a sunny position, a small circular rocky spit of land approximately 500 m. in diameter extends from the site. Surrounded by water and enjoying excellent views, there is room for about 60 pitches, with no shade or facilities on the spit (generally occupied by motorhomes).

A narrow pebble beach and flat rocks separate the sea from the site and provide a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The lovely restaurant serves an affordable, simple menu of mainly pasta, meat and seafood dishes on a hillside location overlooking the sea. The 130 permanent pitches are kept to one side of the site away from the water, and the 110 centrally located bungalows are unobtrusive. This rustic site provides a lovely secluded setting with easy access to the Istrian region and the historic port of Pula, where ferries are available to many Croatian islands.

The six toilet blocks, although old, are immaculately clean. Toilets are a mixture of squat and British style. Showers and free hot water. Washing machines. Good supermarket. Kiosk and several good small bars and grills. Minigolf. Modern playground. Multi-sports field, Tennis court(s), Beach volleyball, Stand-up Paddleboards, Kayak. Activities for children. Some live entertainment at the restaurant in high season. Rock and pebble beach. Marina, boat launching, jetty and scuba diving. Bicycle and beach buggy hire. Aquapark. Free WiFi over 80% of the site.
