Ajstrup Strand Camping is an all-year site located right by the Kattegat on the east coast of Danish Mid Jutland; you can pitch here next to the beach. With its comprehensive and modern toilet facilities for young and old, the site is fully equipped with all the amenities. Three hundred eighty grass touring pitches have 10-amp hook-up points bordered by hedges and natural greenery. However, you also have a choice of pitches which are quite separate, offering you ample privacy. A small path takes you to the beach in no time at all. Even though this sandy beach is moderately broad, beachgoers can relax in the sand for hours. Swimmers may also count themselves lucky because the summer's water temperature is very pleasant. The two large toilet buildings include children's facilities, family bathrooms and baby rooms.

There is an hourly bus (with a connection in Malling) to Aarhus, and the extensive museum nearby is a 7 km cycle ride. There are 27 log cabins available to hire.

From the E45 Flensberg to Århus motorway. Leave at route 451 and take the exit to Malling. In Malling follow the signs in the direction of Ajstrup (beach) and the site.
