Close to the Moors Valley Country Park, this friendly, family-run site is within easy reach of the south coast, the resorts of Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole, and the ancient market town of Wimborne Minster. Entry is restricted to couples and families. The seven-acre camping meadow has 100 large, level pitches (51 well-kept seasonal pitches), all with 16A electricity and arranged on either side of a central tarmac road. Reception has a well-stocked shop and a good selection of tourist information. The site is part of a working beef cattle farm, so parents should be aware of moving farm machinery and tractors.
A cycleway/footpath crosses the fields to the Country Park – very safe for children – where amenities include coarse fishing, golf, steam railway, bicycle hire, a tea room and a country shop. We visited during an extended period of hot weather and expect that grass pitches would usually be more appealing!
Facilities at Woolsbridge Manor Farm Caravan Park
The neat, refurbished toilet block is well maintained and has ample facilities. Four newly built family rooms each with shower, WC, basin, handrails and ramped access, babies and toddlers. Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Shop. Gas. Playground. Fishing. American RVs accepted, advance booking appreciated. Torches useful. Caravan storage.

From Ringwood take A31 southwest to Ashley Heath roundabout (junction of A31 and A338 to Bournemouth). Take left hand slip road to roundabout, avoiding throughway, and turn right (north) onto unclassified road signed for Three Legged Cross and Moors Valley Country Park. Follow signs to Country Park, pass entrance on right, continue for 400 yds. to campsite entrance.
