Wilksworth Caravan Park is a spacious, quiet park, well suited for families, with a heated outdoor pool which has been totally refurbished in a beautiful Spanish style. The rural situation is lovely, just outside Wimborne and around 12 miles from the beaches between Poole and Bournemouth. The park takes 60 caravans and 25 tents, mainly on grass. All pitches have electricity, ten also have water and drainage. There are 77 privately owned caravan holiday homes in a separate area.

With a duck pond at the entrance, the park has been well planned on good quality ground with fairly level grass and some views. Facilities are in attractively converted farm buildings designed to be in keeping with the listed status of the other buildings. A heated swimming pool and a tennis court are on the far side of the touring area.

Facilities at Wilksworth Caravan Park

The central, well equipped toilet block has underfloor heating, washbasins in cubicles, a family bathroom and a shower/bath for children with baby changing. Accessible sanitary facilities. Laundry room. Modern reception and shop (basics only, limited hours, Easter-30/9). Gas supplies. Freezer for ice packs. Heated 40x20 ft. swimming pool (unsupervised, but walled and gated, May-Sept). Small paddling pool with slide. Upgraded play area. ‘Tiny Town’ play houses (under 7 yrs). BMX track. One full and one short size tennis court. Winter caravan storage. WiFi (charged).
