Villaggio Spiaggia Del Riso is well kept and professionally run. It is split by a public road, but there is an underpass for campers. Pitches on both sides of the site are mostly flat, some shaded and all with 3A electricity. The area beside the beach has open pitches for caravans and motorhomes with sea views but with a low artificially shaded area alongside. The beaches are reached directly from the site, the main being a fine sandy bay between rocky outcrops and a marina close by. Parents can relax whilst their children swim here.

The well-designed restaurant is fabulous with local specialities, and waiters will fillet the freshest of local fish at your table. Entertainment is provided for children and adults, and a range of sports activities is available. This very pleasant site is wonderful for families especially and gives value for money.

The site buildings are smart and well appointed. A minimarket is at the gate between the site halves, and fresh fish is sold from a van by local fishermen. This site is a little Tardis-like, with amenities tucked away waiting for you to discover.

Internet and WiFi over part of the site (charged). Torches useful.

Directions to Villaggio Spiaggia Del Riso

Site is in the bottom southeast corner of Sardinia, south of the village of Villasimius. From the SS125 take the road to Villasimius where the site is well signed. It is 2 km. towards the sea.
