Trwyn yr Wylfa, translated as 'Watching point', is exactly what the name suggests. The site is set within Snowdonia National Park and only a 10 min drive into Conwy. Surrounded with glorious sea views and mountains it is truly a stunning place. Relax and watch the sailing boats along the sea or the fabulous Welsh mountains with the sheep and carneddau ponies roaming. Fantastic walks and cycle routes directly from site on to the North Wales coastline. The site has 80 grass or hardstanding pitches, 50 with electric hook-up point.

A great location for exploring Snowdonia, North Wales and the famous walled town of Conwy. Set between the beautiful village of Dwygyfylchi and the quarry village of Penmaenmawr, both villages have pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaway's, all within walking distance of the site.

Directions to Trwyn Yr Wylfa Caravan & Camping Site

Please note. DO NOT CONFUSE this site with TYDDYN DU Caravan Park that you see from the A55. They are an adults only site and due to a barrier system there is no room to turn around. Please ensure you follow the directions below. At Puffin Roundabout, take the 1st exit bare right onto Conway Rd heading to Penmaenmawr. By the shops - Turn left onto Conway Old Rd. Continue on the road, past several houses. Continue 200 yards past the cemetery and the camping site will be on your right. Trwyn yr Wylfa Caravan & Camping site will be on your right.
