This small, quiet site, bordered on two sides by Lake Brienz, is only 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Interlaken and the autoroute exit. It is therefore a very convenient site, not only to spend time on and enjoy the lake and mountain views, but also as an ideal base to tour this picturesque region dominated by the Eiger and Jungfrau mountains. Almost all the 120 pitches are available for touring units. On firm, level grassy ground and under tall trees, all have 6A electricity. With magnificent views over the lake, gates give direct access to a footpath and to the lake shores. Interlaken is the tourist centre of the Bernese Oberland.

This is a region that has a great deal to offer, from sky diving to leisurely boat or train excursions. It is worth spending some time looking through the many tourist brochures available in reception and talking to the site manageress Karin Neuenschwander to find activities and places to visit that particularly attract you. Tickets for many excursions are available from the site office.

Directions to TCS Camping Bönigen-Interlaken

Site is beside the Brienzersee in the eastern suburbs of Interlaken. From A8 take exit 26 (Interlaken Ost) and follow signs for Bönigen and then site signs. Approaching from Lucerne, take exit 27 (signed Bönigen).
