Sun Valley Holiday Park is operated by Royale Resorts and was upgraded in 2020. It comprises holiday homes and luxury lodges only. There are no longer any touring pitches at this site. Sun Valley is a very neat and tidy, holiday park which sits in the sheltered grounds of a country house Sun Valley has the appearance of a beautiful park, helped by the wonderful cedar trees, which are over 250 years old. The 72 caravan holiday homes and luxury lodges have been carefully landscaped into the 20 acres, Excellent facilities on-site include a bar and restaurant. There is an indoor heated swimming pool and tennis courts.

Children are not forgotten at Sun Valley. There is a paddling pool, soft ball play area for little ones, a games room, an adventure play area plus equipment for under fives, Bikes are available for hire nearby at Pentewan. There is much to do here and there is a wonderful sandy beach down the road which you can also reach via the Pentewan Valley Cycle Trail. There are plenty of places to visit in the area including the Eden Project, the old historic port of Charlestown, Mevagissey, Fowey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

From the St Austell ring road take B3273 south towards Mevagissey. After London Apprentice, watch for site entrance on right (about 1 mile), opposite Little Winnick Touring Park
