Alan Rogers Review of Sites et Paysages le Moulin de Sainte Anne
Just a few years ago, Sites et Paysages le Moulin Sainte Anne was a vineyard, but with much hard work by the owners and the backing of the Mairie, there is now a flourishing campsite on the edge of the town. There are 45-level grass pitches of a good size separated by hedges. All have water and 10A electricity and are terraced where necessary and landscaped with growing trees and shrubs.
The facilities are modern, well-kept and in keeping with the area. They include a heated outdoor swimming pool, Multi-sport field, table tennis, trampoline and games room. A snack bar operates in July and August, and a daily bread service is available, too. There is close cooperation with the village, and villagers are welcome to the evening entertainment, including themed dinners, wine tastings and live music.
The site is actually situated beside a river although this is not obvious. However, there is access in the village and fishing is possible (permits available in the village). Walks and cycle rides are possible direct from the site. Carcassone is 12 km. and you are encouraged to visit the local vineyards in the Aude countryside.

A modern toilet block is very well equipped. Accessible sanitary facilities. Washing machine. Motorhome services. Bar, snack bar with takeaway (High season). Heated swimming and paddling pools (Seasonal). Basket- and volleyball court. Games room. Play area. Entertainment (High season), Communal barbecue (No barbecues on pitches). Chalets to rent. WiFi throughout.

Driving north from Carcassonne on D118 turn on D620 signed Villalier and Villegly for 7 km. Site is at entrance to village. Turn right over bridge just before the cemetery.
