Within walking distance of the town and only 28 km. from Narbonne Plage, la Pinède is set on terraces on a hillside, with good internal access on made-up roads, but some up-and-down walking. The 69 individual, level pitches vary in size and are divided up mainly by various trees and shrubs with 6A electricity (20 mobile homes and two lodge tents). There is now a very pleasant terrace with a restaurant with a good ‘plat du jour’. Wine tasting and local walks are organised. Outside the gates are a municipal swimming pool (free June-Sept), a restaurant and tennis courts. Generally, better than many municipal sites in season, it is uncomplicated and peaceful.

Facilities at Sites et Paysages la Pinède

Three fully equipped sanitary blocks, one with facilities for babies, are a little dated. Not all blocks are opened outside high season. Outdoor heated swimming pool (1/6-30/9). Washing machine. Motorhome services. Gas. Pleasant bar and restaurant providing decently priced hot food (July/Aug). Fresh vegetables can be sampled from the garden (small charge). Shop, restaurant and takeaway (Seasonal). Communal barbecue (private barbecues are not permitted). Torches necessary. Caravan storage. WiFi throughout (free).

Directions to Sites et Paysages la Pinède

Access is directly off the main N113 on west side of Lézignan-Corbières. From A61 (to avoid low bridge) exit at Carcassonne or Narbonne onto N113 and follow to site.
