Alan Rogers Review of SeeCamp Dinkelsbühl
Run by the German Camping Club (DCC), this is a modern site, very close to one of Germany’s best known medieval towns, from which visits can be made to other places on the Romantic Road. There are 460 pitches (half of which are for touring and most with a gentle slope) on broad grassy terraces overlooking a small lake, with a separate area for tents by the water. All are numbered and of about 80 sq.m. with 10A electricity. A special area is kept for overnight stays. The lake can be used for bathing or your own non-powered boat.
Facilities at SeeCamp Dinkelsbühl
Two large, modern toilet blocks are of good quality and should meet all demands, with some washbasins in cabins. Accessible facilities, Washing machines and dryers. Cooking facilities. Shop. Restaurant (Easter, then May-end Sept). General/TV room. Playgrounds on sand and grass. Minigolf. Organised daytime activities in season. Bicycle hire.
