Alan Rogers Review of Sant’Angelo Village
Sant’Angelo Village is aptly named. It is a large site, concentrated around a central square where a restaurant/pizzeria, shops, bar and an information centre with booking service for excursions can be found. The site is well planned and includes a beach snack bar with its own square, which supports the sports areas, and a fine sandy beach with lifeguards. There are 600 mostly shaded, level pitches which are mainly around the perimeter of the site. Although large, the site has a friendly atmosphere and is ideal for families with young children and campers with mobility problems. The pool complex is impressive, as is the entertainment.
There is a restaurant under a huge canopy and a large supermarket, a separate fresh vegetable stall and other small shops. The square is an ideal place for relaxing and for bringing campers together to enjoy each others company. The pool complex with several interlocking circular pools has flumes, is well fenced and supervised by vigilant lifeguards. It has its own large café and amenities block. A series of tours booked from the site makes it easy to access Verona, Padova and Murano and there are day and night tours to enjoy the magic of Venice.

Five modern toilet blocks provide excellent facilities with mainly British toilets and very good accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Motorhome services. Restaurant and snack bar. Pizzeria. Crêperie. Gelateria. Takeaway. Supermarket. Great pool complex with water slide, pool bar and fun pool. Aerobics. Fitness centre. Play areas. Games room. Tennis. Bicycle and boat hire. Small boat launching. Beach volleyball. Miniclub, entertainment and excursion service. WiFi (charged). Fridge box hire. Animals are not accepted. Accommodation to rent.
Directions to Sant’Angelo Village
Leave autostrada A4 at San Doná Noventa exit and head for San Doná di Piave, Jesolo and on to peninsula of Cavallino and Punta Sabbioni. Site is well signed shortly after Cavallino.
