Alan Rogers Review
Ryan Bay is a coastal site located a short distance from Stranraer and just south of the ferry terminals to Ireland. The 40 grassy touring pitches (15 with 10A electricity) are behind the seasonal and mobile homes, which mainly hide the views of the water. The beach runs along one side of the park, while the back is bordered by trees and shrubs.
One rather tired, unheated toilet blocks has temperamental showers and mainly open washbasins, one in a cubicle. Good en-suite unit for disabled visitors. Covered dishwashing area with cold water. Washing machines and dryers. Bar (opens when sufficient demand).

From Ayr on A77 the site is on your right a few miles south of new ferry terminals, however signs are not very visible. From Stranraer on A77 the site is on the left and the sign can be clearly seen.
