Siân and John have created an attractive and welcoming terraced site behind a former working farm. Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, Plas Farm perfectly blends the campsite into the beautiful surrounding countryside with different views afforded from each of the terraces. From the bottom terrace a woodland walk circles the site and is used as a dog walk. The 50 pitches all have 10/16A electric hook-ups and 46 are fully serviced. On a separate field there is provision for 30 tents, some with electricity.

This is an ideal location for adults and children alike, with access to the beaches on the coast, and also offering opportunities for hill walking, golfing, rambling, tennis, sailing and watersports. Llandudno is within easy reach, with its tourist attractions on the Great Orme above the town. Regular sea angling trips operate from the Conwy Quay and the Conwy River hosts an abundance of trout and salmon. Further afield you can visit the Welsh Mountain Zoo and narrow-gauge railways.

Two modern toilet blocks have a mixture of cubicles and open washbasins, showers and toilets for both sexes. Accessible shower, toilet and washbasin. Family room with further facilities and baby changing. Laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing. Excellent kitchen facilities for campers. Motorhome services. Local takeaways will deliver. Play area with low-level climbing frame. WiFi over site (charged). Caravan storage.

Directions to Plas Farm Caravan Park

Heading towards North Wales, leave A55 at exit 24 on A547 through Abergele town centre. Continue straight over mini-roundabout at Tesco and next mini-roundabout. After 0.5 miles, turn left (Rhyd-y-Foel/Dolwen). After 3 miles at crossroads, turn left on B5381 for 0.5 miles and turn left signed Abergele and site which is 200 yds. on the left. Use directions rather than sat nav.
