A small, quiet, secluded family run site occupying five acres of level grassland on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk. The site is surrounded by tall conifers giving shelter from the wind. There are 58 good sized, level grass pitches, with 56 for touring, 45 with 10A electricity. The pitches are separated by low hedges and a few trees giving little shade but some will get some shade from the high conifer hedging surrounding the site. Access is easy for large outfits. There is a shop, small swimming pool, and a bar serving takeaway food to order. No charcoal barbecues.

Wisbech is a fine historical market town, known as the capital of the fens. It served as a port in medieval times but the river silted up and it is now connected to the sea via a canal. It is surrounded by rich, productive farmland which has brought great wealth to the town and now has many fine houses, the best example being Peckover house. It also has one of the finest Georgian streets in England. The flat lands with the wide open skies and quiet country roads make this an ideal area for the gentle cyclist and the nature lover.

Small heated toilet block with just four good sized adjustable showers. Accessible WC only. Washing machine. Small heated swimming pool (May-Sept), corner spa, sunbathing area (Apr-Sept). Shop with bread and newspapers to order (all season). Bar/takeaway/breakfast rolls (weekends only in low season). Games/TV/entertainment room with darts, pool table and table tennis. Play area. Putting green. Evening music (weekends low season). WiFi over site (charged).

Parklands is on A1101 between Wisbech and Long Sutton. From Wisbech go north to Four Gotes. Site is on right 800 yds. after entering village.
