Situated on the shores of the Braakmanmeer (a slightly brackish lake) this holiday park provides fun for the whole family. The comprehensive recreation areas are also open to day visitors. The 210-hectare site is divided by tall trees into several touring areas of varied sizes, both open and shaded. A wide range of pitches are available, from the most simple without a power supply, to luxury camping beside the water with full services including 6A electricity, TV, water and sewerage connections. In addition, there is a range of luxury bungalows, mobile homes and seasonal caravan pitches.

The lake is ideal for sailing, windsurfing, fishing (with wheelchair access) and swimming (water safety check every two weeks), including water bike, boat and surf board rental. Guests have free transport and access to the Scheldorado Subtropical Swimming Paradise in Terneuzen. If you prefer peace and quiet, a nature reserve is only five minutes away. There are forest walks and a fitness trail through a wooded area on site. It has five outdoor and four indoor tennis courts, with coaching available all year.

Directions to Oostappen Vakantiepark Marina Beach

From A58 (Bergen op Zoom-Middelburg/Vlissingen) take exit for Terneuzen to Westerscheldetunnel. At roundabout turn right to Hoek, Breskens and Oostburg. From Belgium: N49 (Antwerp-Zelzate) take N252 to Terneuzen and N61 to Hoek. Do not turn off to Hoek but proceed to Braakman-Noord.
