Alan Rogers Review
Mayfield Touring Park is a family-run touring and residential park nestled in the hills on the outskirts of the famous market town of Cirencester, the 'Capital of the Cotswolds'. Spread across twelve acres; the wide-open fields boast views across the Churn Valley, with buzzards and kites circling overhead and a spectacular sunset come nightfall. There is always a friendly face to welcome you and lend a helping hand throughout your stay.
Whether you want a short weekend stay to explore the wonders of the Cotswolds or you are looking for a longer-term stay, this is the place for you. The site has 72 touring pitches (some are seasonal), most with an electric hook-up point. There are also 33 privately owned mobile homes.
Mayfield Park is favoured by couples and families who are looking for a quiet weekend away in the countryside whilst still being a convenient 5-minute drive from the town of Cirencester. There are no bars or swimming pools here. Spend your days visiting local sights and sounds, taking walks directly from the site or hopping on the bus that stops right on the doorstep and return to the peace and quiet of the site after the day’s adventures.
