Lower Hill Campsite, nestled on the Wenlock Edge, is a friendly, family run touring and glamping site, surrounded by stunning Shropshire countryside. Pitch up your tent or park up your tourer on a range of grass pitches. Traditional campers are spoilt for views with grass pitches located on the hillside to make the most of the outdoors. The site has 30 grass pitches, most with electric hook-up point catering for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Don't feel like pitching up yourself? There Is a range of glamping options including roundhouses, shacks, safari tent, wooden lodge, pod and a shepherd's hut. Lower Hill site is open all year and is located just ten minutes’ drive from the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge and twenty minutes’ drive from historic Shrewsbury hence, Lower Hill site is an ideal location from which to explore Shropshire. An excellent shopping centre with all the big brand names is close by at Telford.

The site is only 3 miles from Much Wenlock, home of the modern-day Olympics, with an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre. Ludlow is approx. 15 miles away, famous for its food tourism and festival. The Severn Valley Steam Railway at Bridgnorth is well worth a visit. Horse riding is available within a mile. You can access the National Trust walks from the site, along through the Wenlock Edge, famous for its limestone fossils

Leave Much Wenlock on the B4371 towards Church Stretton, after 3 miles fork right for Hughley, then after 1/4 mile turn right down farm drive, sign posted Lower Hill Farm, (yellow salt box at entrance) beware Sat Navs will send you past.
