Linwater Caravan Park is a peaceful, family run park situated on farmland close to Edinburgh. They offer a variety of accomodation including 60 large pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents (a mixture of grass and hardstanding including 44 with 16A electricity connections); plus glamping units known as timber tents and a luxury self catering lodge. The site has an immaculately presented amenities block with toilets; privacy cublicles with wash basins; shower facilities; laundry and dish washing facilities as well as a diabled toilet and baby changing area.There is a chemical waste disposal area which is also suitable for drive over disposals of motorhomes. The site has a shop which sells the basics just in case you have forgotten anything, and new for 2017 is a playpark for the kids to enjoy.
The reception area has a wealth of information on places to visit and The Ingliston Park & Ride is only 5 miles away, where you can park your car or motorhome for free and take the tram into the city centre. Linwater Caravan Park is close to the Edinburgh Airport and several major road routes making them an ideal choice for stops during a tour of Scotland.

Directions to Linwater Caravan Park
From the M8/M9 Newbridge Roundabout for the airport take the B8030 towards the Edinburgh Climbing centre. Follow the road south until you pass the climbing centre entrance and then take the next right after you pass. From A71 heading west turn right at Bonnington trafficlights and follow road to signposted junction.
