This exotic family site is about 12 km. from the Atlantic coast in the Landes forest area, just outside the village. There are 100 touring pitches set around a similar number of mobile homes. Pitches are marked with hedges and have electricity (6A). The reception, bar and pool area is almost tropical with the luxuriant greenery of its banana trees, palm trees, tropical flowers and its straw sunshades. The covered, heated pool, new water slide, gym with sauna and jacuzzi all add to the attractiveness. A new covered animation area provides entertainment and discos during high season.

A stunning and very spacious lake area is surrounded by white sand and exotic palms. Here you can swim and relax on sunbeds and children will enjoy the pirate-themed children’s club. If you feel the need for a change from this ‘tropical paradise’, there are beaches at Mézos, Mimizan and Bias, all within easy reach.

Three well maintained and clean toilet blocks with good quality fittings and showers, washbasins in cabins and British style WCs. The newest block is especially suitable for low season visitors with a special section for babies, plus excellent accessible facilities, Shop (from 20/6). Bar, restaurant and snacks (July/Aug). Outdoor swimming pools (6/6-10/9). Heated indoor pool (all season). Archery. Golf practice. Bicycle hire. No charcoal barbecues. WiFi (charged).

Directions to Le Village Tropical Sen-Yan

From N10 take exit 14 (Onesse-Laharie), then D38 Bias/Mimizan road. After 13 km. turn south to Mézos from where site is signed.
