Les Roulottes et Cabanes de la Champagne is a parc résidentiel de loisirs offering a number of attractive Romany-style caravans, all of which are available to rent. This is a spacious, wooded park with a number of good amenities, including a covered swimming pool, a sauna and a small gym. The accommodation on offer is primarily in roulottes, but there are also several well appointed chalets and camping pods available. A bar also serves breakfasts and snacks. The small town of Bar-sur-Aube is withing walking distance and has a choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

The surrounding Parc Naturel de la Forêt d’Orient is an excellent region to discover by bicycle, and these can be hired at reception. This is also wonderful walking country and reception holds copies of useful maps and guides, including some of the southernmost Champagne vineyards. Alternatively, the fun park, Nigloland, is nearby as is the fine city of Troyes, which has become renowned for its designer outlet stores.

Directions to Le Village de la Champagne

Bar-sur-Aube is 50 km. east of Troyes. From A5 Troyes/Dijon motorway, leave at exit 23 (Ville-sur-la-Ferté) and take D396 to Bar. Follow signs for Troyes (D619) and turn left at traffic lights opposite Leclerc supermarket to site at end of road. (Site is not signed).
