Situated to the south of central Paignton, with a short, signed walk to the sea and some sea views of Torbay, this Hoburne park’s major interest is a complex of 560 holiday homes (120 to let). However, there are 35 touring pitches (no tents) in two areas, one on flat grass by the entrance, and the other at the top of the park (some with hardstanding). The pitches are of a reasonable size and all have 10A electricity. The central club complex is the park’s best feature, with a good sized heated outdoor pool and a super indoor pool with views across the bay, complete with flume, sauna and steam room. Dogs are not accepted.

The clubhouse has a large club lounge with dance floor, a separate bar/restaurant (also with views of Torbay). Entertainment is organised for adults and children from March-October. Children can follow the nature trail which has been created around the park.

Location

Park is signed from the outer Paignton ring road. Look for left turn into Goodrington Road, then left into Grange Road.
