Owned and run by the Reader family, Heathland Beach is acclaimed as having one of the most perfect settings along the beautiful Suffolk Coastline, with the local award-winning sandy beach just a few minutes walk away. The location of the site, overlooking the secluded beach, makes it easy to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk. There are 64 generously sized grass pitches, all with 16A electricity and TV hook-ups. On site there is everything for the family to enjoy, including fishing and three outdoor heated swimming pools with maxi-flume, play centre and licensed bar.

The park is situated just off the A12 trunk road, a short drive from the historical seaside towns of Lowestoft and Southwold with their quaint shops, restaurants, theatres and piers. The Broads, the County Town of Ipswich and the City of Norwich are all within easy reach for those looking to explore the area.

Facilities at Heathland Beach Caravan Park

Two modern toilet blocks, one at each end of the touring field, have all the usual facilities and were fairly clean when we visited. Accessible facilities for visitors include a designated pitch and sanitary unit. Laundry. Motorhome services. Bar. Three outdoor heating swimming pools with maxi-flume. All-weather tennis court. Fishing – licence required. Football. Large area for ball games. Adventure-style play centre. Barbecue and picnic area. Max. 1 dog in peak periods. Free WiFi in bar.
