Provence Camping is a small, quiet rural site located at the edge of a 25 ha. pine forest. It has 99 pitches (60 available for tourers with 5/10A electricity). Steeply terraced in some areas of the site, the pitches all have shade and are attractively marked out with flower beds or large rocks. There is a large pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The site is popular with French families and activity programmes are organised during July and August. Ideal as a night halt or short stay site. Some English is spoken.

Continental electricity hook up adaptors may be required and rock pegs would be useful. There is a bar and restaurant on site (during high season). Sporting facilities are limited to a pétanque area and table tennis. There is some noise from a busy road nearby. Within the town of Lambesc, situated 2 km. away, there is an unusually high number of Oratoires, simple stone monuments placed along pilgrimage routes, the first dating back to 1629 AD. Try to find all nine within the town.

The sanitary block includes accessible facilities. Laundry area. Motorhome services. Bar and restaurant (high season). Outdoor swimming pool and large jacuzzi (15/6-15/9). Bread ordering service (1/7-30/9). Games room (July/Aug). Play area. Pétanque. Activity programme for children (July/Aug). Charcoal barbecues are not allowed. Card operated security barrier (€ 30 deposit). WiFi.

Directions to Camping Lou Paradou

From A54 exit 14 turn north on N113, then north on N538 towards Salon-de-Provence. Exit on D572 (Pelissanne). Exit north on N7 at St Cannat. Turn on D917 (Lambesc). Site is signed from here but not at entrance. Turn into Chemin des Ponnes at horse riding sign. Site is 100 m. on left.
