Les Etangs Mina is set in the heart of the Charente-Maritime, the varied landscapes of the Brouage Marshes including grasslands, salt meadows and reed beds, all rich in flora and fauna. The site is generally quiet and peaceful, offering a programme of activities during the summer season. The 7-hectare site has 109 flat grassy pitches of which 43 are used for touring units. Most of the pitches have 10A electricity (some Europlug), although long leads will be required on some pitches. For those interested in fishing, this could be the site for you with three lakes to choose from. Mobile homes are available to rent.

Don’t miss the chance to visit Royan and La Rochelle or to sample the oysters of Marennes-Oléron. For a little adventure, why not cross the river Charente on foot or by bike using the last transporter bridge in France at Rochefort – it is more than 100 years old.

Directions to Flower Camping les Etangs Mina

Site is 24 km. west of Saintes. From A10 motorway exit 35 follow signs for Ile de Oléron. Join D137 and then D728. Pass through La Clisse, Balanzac and Nancras. At junction with the D733 turn north. The site is then on the left after 500 m.
