First, Camp Hagön-Halmstad is a very large site on the southern edge of Sweden. At this site, the beach and the sea are your closest neighbours. And the city of Halmstad, with its many shops and restaurants, is just 6 kilometres away. The site has 660 grass/hardstanding pitches, of which 380 are touring pitches with 16/10-amp hook-up points, 170 seasonal pitches and 20 bungalows/hikers' cabins available to hire.

Hagön's campsite is right next to the North Sea. Wherever you stay on-site, you only have a few hundred meters to the water's edge. The beach is shallow and several kilometres long, perfect for long walks and swimming in the summer. Various facilities are on-site, with a kids' club and entertainment held during the high season. There is also a mini golf course, a large children's playground with jumping pillow and bicycles are available to hire. There is a shop selling all the amenities needed to cook at your pitch, and if you wish to have a break from cooking, the campsite also offers takeaway pizza, and more options are available at the bistro restaurant.

You can easily get to the city of Halmstad by bus or car, with its many restaurants, shops and activities. You can also take a day trip to Gothenburg to visit Liseberg's amusement park or even take the ferry to Denmark. Those who enjoy golf can choose between 12 golf courses in Halmstad.
