Campingpark Münsterland Eichenhof is a spacious 13 ha. family run site of 350 pitches, of which 50 close to reception are for touring, all with electricity (16A), water and waste water, TV and WiFi connections. Some of the touring pitches have shade whilst others are more open. There is a large football field with an open area for tents adjacent, and a small animal enclosure. A well stocked shop and excellent restaurant with bar area can provide a relaxing end to a busy day swimming or paddle boating at the Feldmarksee lake which is connected to the campsite by a traffic free pathway. Mobile homes and caravans are available to rent.

In the surrounding area there are many well signposted cycle tracks and the recently opened Nordic Walking park offers up to 12 km. of level pathways through varied scenic terrain. All are accessible from the campsite without the use of vehicles. The nearby picturesque town of Warendorf with regular markets and its historic centre provides good shopping and dining opportunities. A little further away there are zoos, nature parks, a safari park, horse riding and even a surf school for the more energetic visitors.

Directions to Eichenhof Münsterland

The site is about 40 km. south of Osnabrück. From the B475 between Warendorf and Glandorf onto the B476 towards Versmold and the site is signed to the left soon after leaving Sassenberg.
