This large tourist complex provides 84 touring pitches (67 with 6A electricity) in a heavily wooded site next to a busy and noisy main road (24 hours). There are 17 places for motorhomes or caravans with hardstanding, water and drainage, but the access road is narrow and there are low stone walls which impede access. Timisoara is close at hand and as Romania’s fourth largest city, known by the locals as Primul Oras Liber (First Free Town), it is somewhere you may wish to visit.

It was here that the first anti-Ceausecu protests took place that prompted his downfall from power. There is much to see in the old town and every October the town hosts the national beer festival.

Facilities

The sanitary block provides sufficient clean toilets but slightly outdated, hot showers and washbasins. Restaurant with terrace. Café. Play area. Table Tennis, Multisport field, Barbecues are not permitted. Wooden cabins to rent. WIFI, Pets allowed.
