Cliff Farm Holidays is a friendly family-run caravan site that also has a couple of lovely glamping options. In the heart of Ryedale and just three miles from the quaint village of Pickering, gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors, a Dark Sky Reserve, this is a perfect retreat for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet. Located just three miles from Pickering, gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors. Gorgeous scenery and wildlife. Ideally located for easy access to local pubs, cafes and farm shops. There are 19 hardstanding pitches for tourers, all of which come with a 16amp electric hook up and guests can pay an extra cost if they wish to attach an awning. A camping barn is available to hire and sleeps up to 12 people. There is also a mobile home available to hire. The secluded, rural nature of the site gives guests a wonderful sense of peace and there are lovely trails around the site, which are perfect for dog walks as your furry pals are also welcome. With many exciting outdoor activities nearby, this is the ideal spot for a touring holiday.
The idyllic village of Sinnington is close by, where you will find the Fox and Hounds Country Inn as well as The Sun Inn, two great places for eating and drinking. Sinnington also homes some delightful shops including Roots and Fruits Home Bakery and Pearson's Fruit shop, a local farm shop great for mooching around. The owners have set up 3 different length walks around the farm which were great, children will love finding their way around following the signposts and seeing the working farm in action. Whilst staying, take a train ride on the North Yorkshire Railway into Whitby, Helmsley and Pickering and take the very scenic drive over the Moors to the Moors Visitor Centre at Danby. Finally, visit Sutton Bank Visitor Centre, highly recommended, as the views are stunning. |

Directions to Cliff Farm Holidays
From Pickering follow the A170 for about 3 miles, you will come up and over a hill and at the bottom of the decline, turn left up farm lane sign posted Cliff Farm Holidays. Follow the lane right to the top.
From Thirsk follow the A170 through to Kirkbymoorside, stay on the A170 for another 3 miles after Kirkby. Go past the two turnings for Sinnington on your left, after the second turning for Sinnington, 100 yards on your right is the farm lane sign posted Cliff Farm Holidays.
