This area of the Suffolk coast has always been a popular destination for visitors and Church Farm Holiday Park has an enviable location on the outskirts of Aldeburgh. The park includes a large area designated for caravan holiday homes as well as a separate touring area situated to the front of the park. The touring area provides 68 pitches for caravans and motorhomes (tents and trailer tents are not accepted). Pitches are separated by attractive hedging that blends in well with the natural environment. Sixty-four pitches have 16A electricity, water, waste water and night light.
The park lies opposite a shingle beach (to the south of Thorpeness) and is adjacent to a nature reserve, a haven for birds and other wildlife. The town of Aldeburgh is only 15 minutes walk away, where there are many pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Fresh local seafood is also available along the seafront, seven days a week. The famous Aldeburgh lifeboat station is open to visitors and there are many other places of interest within easy reach. This is a quiet park with no facilities for children on site, but close to the beach and amenities in Aldeburgh.
Facilities at Church Farm Holiday Park
The single toilet block has been fully upgraded with heating, free hot showers, toilets and washbasins (entry card with £10 deposit). Access to the toilets and showers are via two steps making it unsuitable for wheelchair users. Laundry room. Motorhome services. Large units by prior arrangement. WiFi over site.
Directions to Church Farm Holiday Park
On arrival at Aldeburgh, site is signed at roundabout towards Thorpeness. Where road meets seafront, site is on left. From town centre follow road along seafront to site on left at end of town.
