Alan Rogers Review of Cherry Tree Springs Touring Park
Cherry Tree Springs is a delightful, tranquil, adult-only site and is a fine example of a small, good-value touring park. It is a 15-minute walk from a Blue Flag beach and a short drive from some of the attractive villages of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The site is level, the grass is neatly trimmed and well-drained, and screening is provided by lines of evergreen hedging. There are 60 good-sized touring pitches, all with 16amp electricity and hardstanding (no tents), 12 with water and wastewater drains and 20 are occupied by seasonal units. Sutton-on-Sea is 1½ miles away. The village has a Post Office, general store, butchers and farm shop. A choice of pubs, fish and chip shops and restaurants can also be found there. A member of the Tranquil Touring Park and Best of British groups.
Buses stop outside hourly, and a shop and pub are within ten minutes walk. Mablethorpe beach is just four miles away and Skegness, with all its popular attractions, is just down the road by car or bus. Other outings by car could include the historic city of Lincoln.
