Campingplatz Wagenburg is located in the village of Hausen, in the Naturpark Obere Donau (Upper Danube Nature Park) in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is situated directly on the banks of the Danube River, about halfway between the cities of Tuttlingen and Sigmaringen. The site has 100 grass touring pitches witH 16-amp hook-up points available. There are also 3 caravans available to rent. There are no seasonal pitches here. On site facilities include a small shop with drinks, ice cream, nibbles etc and a daily bready delivery service. For the younger members, there is an outdoor children's playground and table tennis. A bakery, restaurants, mini golf, boat hire and bicycle hire can be found nearby.

The campsite is a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the Upper Danube Nature Park. There are many hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, and canoeing. The campsite also organizes a variety of activities, such as guided hikes, wine tastings, and barbecues.

Directions to Campingplatz Wagenburg

From the A81 junction 38 Geisingen join the B31 to Immendingen and Tuttlingen. At the roundabout on the edge of Tuttlingen join the B14 towards Reitheim-Weilheim. Next Take a sharp right turn onto L277 towards Fridingen and Beuron. After Beuron continue on the L277 to Hausen im Tal. In the village the site is signed on the right just after the junction with the L196. Access to the site is via a railway underpass with a height restriction of 3.1 metres.
