Camping & Ferienpark Falkensteinsee is a large, open all year site situated in a wooded area in Lower Saxony, Northern Germany. The site winds its way around the lake, the Falkensteinsee Lake. The greenery is evident everywhere, in the shape of trees and a beautiful grassy surface. The site is very spaciously laid out and exudes peace. Often, the only sound you hear is the chirping of birds. All pitches are grouped around the lake. Being so close to the lake, recreation on and near the water is a given. You can go fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving. There is a challenging large playground on a sandy surface for children. There is a small shop and Bistro outside of which there is a cosy terrace with sun umbrellas, naturally with a view over the water. The outside kitchen has a stove, kitchen sink and wooden furniture. There is a modern well maintained toilet block. It has an ecological design, everything according to the latest environmental standards. The facilities here compare very favourably with a hotel. The site has 30 grass touring pitches with 16-amp hook-up point, 170 seasonal pitches and 29 barrel-shaped mini homes, trekker huts and holiday homes available to hire.

Directions to Campingpark Falkensteinsee

From the A28 near Bremen/Oldenburg motorway take exit 18 Hude. From the motorway turn left. Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the site signs. From Bremen on the A1 motorway take exit 60 Wildeshausen-Nord onto the B213 towards Ganderkesee/Delmenhorst. After approx. 15 km turn left onto the B212 towards Ganderkesee. Turn left into Oldenburger Straße towards Falkenburg/Hude, in Falkenburg follow the site signs.
